How DCBoosts delivery works: from checkout to boosted server

People ask about delivery more than anything else, so here's the whole process end to end. It's four steps, it's automated, and you can watch each step happen on your order page.

1. Checkout

Pick a package on the boosts page, choose the plan length, and the checkout opens in a popup on the site. You can pay by card or with crypto, and there's a field for a coupon code before you pay. You don't need an account.

Two things to know at this stage:

• Stock is real. The count on each package is the number of boosts we hold. If a package shows out of stock, you can't order it until it's restocked.
• You'll get an order ID. Save it — it's what you use to track the order and to get help.

2. Payment confirmation

Card payments confirm immediately. Crypto payments confirm once the transaction is verified on-chain, which usually takes a few minutes depending on the network. Your order page moves from pending to paid as soon as that happens.

3. Your delivery key

The moment payment is confirmed, your delivery key is sent to the email address from checkout and shown on your order page. Nothing is applied to your server yet — that's deliberate. The key lets you decide when the boosts go on and to which server.

If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check the spam folder, then open the tracking page with your order ID; the key is there too.

4. Redeem

Go to the redeem page, paste the delivery key and a server invite link, and submit. The boosts are applied to that server from our own accounts. You never share a password, and the invite needs no special permissions. You can revoke the invite afterwards; the boosts stay.

Once the boosts are applied, your order page shows completed and the server's level updates on Discord's side straight away.

During the plan

Boosts stay on the server for the plan you bought — 1 month or 3 months. If a boost drops early, it's replaced under the delivery guarantee; open a ticket with your order ID and we'll sort it. At the end of the plan the boosts are removed and the level is recalculated from whatever boosts remain, so renew before the end date if you want to keep it.

When something looks wrong

• Paid but no key? Check spam, then the tracking page. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, contact support with the order ID.
• Key says invalid? Make sure you're pasting the full key with no spaces, and that it hasn't already been redeemed.
• Level didn't change? Check the boost count in your server settings. If the boosts are there but the level isn't, Discord's count can take a minute to refresh.
